Call for IBIS related patent disclosures:

- None

Call for opens:

- None

Review of previous meeting minutes:
Minutes from the August 27 meeting were reviewed. Bob Ross moved to approve the minutes.
Mike LaBonte seconded. Without objection the minutes were approved.

ARs:
- Bob Ross to complete bug report for [Series Switch] argument bug
  - Done

New IBISCHK bugs:
Bob Ross showed BUG206_draft2.txt. He described the changes. Mike LaBonte felt the
reason given for producing an Error and not a Warning should be that IBIS does not
explicitly specify that an entry is required. The bug stated the reason as because
the issue had existed for years with no trouble. Bob agreed to add that statement.
The model in which the original issue was found was an actual industry model. Bob said
it was an IBIS 3.0 file. He showed the IBIS file and demonstrated a change that produced
an IBISCHK error.

Bob pointed out a note in the bug report, saying it might be wrong. Mike said it was
not true because if no [Series Pin Mapping] lines contained function_table_groups, no
[Series Switch Groups] keyword was required at all.

AR: Bob Ross to update BUG206 with more explanation about Warning.

IBISCHK700 parser development:
Bob Ross said the developer expected to ship code that week.

IBISCHK7 source code license:
Bob Ross said CST (Dassault) had said it may take a while for their expense approval.
Mentor had signed the agreement. Huawei has asked on behalf of a partner company if
IBIS membership was necessary to purchase the source code. It was not necessary.

IBIS-ISS parser:
Discussion was deferred.

Bob Ross moved to adjourn. Mike LaBonte seconded. Without objection the meeting ended.

Meeting ended: 11:39 ET
